Bishop Williams received his seminary training from a Roman Catholic missionary society. He spent six years in Japan as a missionary with that society. He has previously worked with several independent Catholic and Anglican groups. His previously held positions have included Diocesan Bishop, Missionary Bishop, General Secretary and Diocesan Chancellor. He was elected to the Episcopate at the First General Synod of the Ecumenical Anglican Catholic Church and subsequently consecrated on June 27, 1999 At Saint Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church in New York City. He currently lives in Thomaston, GA.
